How It Works

The curriculum is structured to build foundational skills and progressively scale your leadership capabilities. Learning takes place in multiple contexts - individual assessments, lectures with q&a, group discussion, and 1-on-1 check-ins and spot coaching. Over the course of the curriculum, typically 10 group sessions, we'll move through 3 phases:

The journey begins with you. We use powerful assessments to gain clarity on your vision, values, and priorities. We will identify your core leadership strengths and uncover areas that may be holding you back, giving you the self-awareness needed to lead authentically.

Leading Teams

Learn the skills to engage and motivate your team, individual by individual. Develop strategies to set clear expectations, give effective feedback, and adapt your leadership style. Focus on building high-performing teams grounded in trust, open communication, and accountability.
