A free, off-the-record, peer-to-peer session for Director+ engineering leaders making decisions around AI adoption. Curated group of 10, no sales pitches, real questions, hard-won lessons.

I’m hosting a free roundtable for Director+ engineering leaders (or those with equivalent scope) making decisions around AI adoption β€” and I’d like to invite you to apply.

Learnings, networking, no sales pitch.

πŸ“… Thursday, June 4 Β· 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM PT Β· Virtual

What makes this special

  • πŸ‘‰ Off-the-record, peer-to-peer
  • πŸ‘‰ Curated group, capped at 10 leaders
  • πŸ‘‰ Zero sales pitches

Why I’m doing this

In my coaching conversations every week, I hear leaders working toward the same vision β€” talented engineers each running teams of autonomous agents. Most companies are pretty far from that goal. A few are finding wins worth sharing. Almost everyone is figuring it out in isolation. (Related: why I changed my mind and now think senior leaders should be coding.)

So I’m bringing people together to compare notes β€” what’s working, what’s not, and which tools and techniques are paying off.

Joining me

  • πŸ‘‰ Jeffrey Lee-Chan β€” Head of Vibe Coding and Engineering Leader at Snap (ex-Google). Jeff has been stealing the show at recent talks demoing his techniques for getting the most out of AI.
  • πŸ‘‰ Kartik Mathur β€” Director of Engineering at Snorkel AI. Kartik has been in the AI game for over a decade, with deep expertise in data, infra, and AI platform.
  • πŸ‘‰ You β€” bring your real questions and your hard-won lessons. This is a discussion, not a lecture.

This is a departure from my usual 1-on-1 coaching work β€” and the kind of peer group I wish I’d had access to earlier in my career. (More on the AI Transformation Roundtable.)

If you’re a Director+ engineering leader (or have equivalent scope) navigating AI adoption without sacrificing quality or team happiness, apply here β†’

I’m reviewing every application personally. If you’re reading this after June 4, the same form is also how you can ask to be notified of future events.

P.S. If a Director+ leader in your network would benefit, please send it their way. I value trusted intros.

Peter was laid off as a senior manager and only applied for senior manager roles β€” even though director-level positions were right there. The mechanics of interviewing were rusty after six years, but the real obstacle was the ceiling he had quietly put on himself. Here is how he landed an Associate Director role in a brutal market.
